Losing Control is a game about the importance of negative emotions.
I wanted to create this game as a reminder to myself that feeling bad isn't necessarily a bad thing, that those feelings have importance and that they aren't permanent.

Sound courtesy of my noisy laptop fan and me blowing into a mic, with some mixing help by @koenaad.

macos build needs to be updated to 64bit to be playable on post-2018 intel macs and all silicon macs

Absolutely amazing. It put into words and illustration the exact things I've been feeling and going through. Some of the stages I have yet to get to, but I can see them ahead. It's nice to be reminded that I'm not alone. Thank you! (^_^)

Keep up the good work!!!I disagreed with the game and how it describes handling emotions. If you want to talk about it with me, leave a comment on YouTube and we can have a productive discussion. All I ask is that you watch the whole video before you leave a hate comment about how inconsiderate I am or something like that. Depression is a serious matter in which people should get help. On a positive note, the dev did a great job on visually portraying emotions and the thoughts were well-rounded.

I'm glad this game could mean something to you. I think it's important to talk about subjects such as sadness, loneliness and anger because they're often portrayed as 'the absolute worst thing', but they do have their importance. I hope you can look back at those choices you've made without regret, because no matter what, life goes on and things do get better.
